My granddaughter loved the bracelet as it was for her birthday -However I was disappointed when I ordered it because I wasn't assured that I would get it on time -I wanted to pick it up so I ordered it on a Thursday and I needed it by Saturday-I never heard if it was ready so I called the boutique on Saturday morning and luckily it was there so I picked it up -then I got an email on Monday that the bracelet was ready and it could be picked up at the boutique on the porch ! There seemed to be some confusion and the website says ready for pick up in 24 hours -just letting you know
