I just submitted an order, can I change it?                                                                                                                    

We attempt to process our orders as quickly as we possibly can.  Therefore we can’t guarantee being able to accommodate any changes to orders once submitted.  If you need to cancel or change an order please contact us as quickly as you can at info@tjazellehelpbracelets.com.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do we offer gift packaging?                                                                                                                                        

Any item ordered online will come in a H.E.L.P. gift bag or gift box, along with one of our meaning cards.  We can accommodate any special message/note inclusion upon request.

What if I can’t find a particular item I am looking for online?

Am I able to change the shipping address on my order?                                                                                            

We can’t guarantee you’ll be able to, but we will do our best to accommodate.  Please contact us as soon as possible at info@tjazellehelpbracelets.com with any order edits or changes.

How will I know my order shipped?                                                                                                                          

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation.  Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update your tracking number.  Orders placed on any standard business day after 12pm will be processed and shipped the following business day.  

Do you ship on holidays and weekends?                                                                                                                     

No, we do not ship on most major holidays or weekends.  Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday morning.

What is your return policy?                                                                                                                                          

We stand by our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purchase.  If for any reason you are not content please return your item to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Your item must be returned as it was delivered with undamaged item, complete packaging and meaning card.  Please contact us at info@tjazelle.com for additional return instructions.  

Can children wear H.E.L.P. bracelets?                                                                                                                            

T. Jazelle jewelry is not intended for children under the age of 12.

What is H.E.L.P.'s warranty policy?                                                                                                                             

We stand firmly behind the quality of our products.  Any item in need of repair or replacement from manufacturer’s defect is covered within 45 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.  Please contact us at info@tjazelle.com to initiate a warranty claim.  All warranty claims must be authorized before being sent to us.  Any unauthorized claims will be forfeited upon receipt.
